Rajendra, with over two decades of industry experience has a wide recognition in the industry as a pioneer who has nurtured and developed the market for architectural hardware. His robust experience of over a decade as the Regional Head for Geze, where he launched and adroitly scaled the business in the Indian market, comes to the fore in managing the business with an exemplary vision to think beyond boundaries and propel the business forward with resounding clarity of thought process. He walks the talk by unflinching empowerment of people, bringing out the very best in them and driving ownership within the company to meet the overarching vision statement.

Arun Vaswani

Arun comes with over two decades of experience in the critical functionality of handling people, striving towards continuous innovation and ensuring customer centricity remains the core strategic principle in driving the business processes to the next level. As the Regional Sales Head with Siemens he was instrumental in developing infrastructural solutions by embracing latest technology. He is also adept at networking, forging long-term relationships with customers as well as good negotiation skills.

Ware-house and inventory management skill-sets have been fortified with his vast and insightful knowledge in this sector.
